To create their products, at Hoch we work the metal by hand; the metal is bent and shaped, it also undergoes a hammering process, then the piece is stamped and perforated, and further worked with four rows of fiber. It is a handcrafted and elaborate process, where the artist wanted to convey in all the pieces of this collection her inspiration from the style of the artist Antonio Gaudí.
The artisanal brand Hoch was founded in 1990 in Barcelona, establishing itself as a specialist in handcrafted jewelry made from bronze and patina in various shades and colors. Their work is done entirely in Barcelona, and they frequently collaborate with local artists on their designs and collections, drawing inspiration largely from the work of Antoni Gaudí.
