Payments with Paypal

Bornisimo has signed an agreement with the payment service provider PayPal, allowing us to simplify the payment process. This makes making payments through PayPal more convenient. By granting us your payment consent, you can make future payments to Bornisimo via PayPal without having to re-enter your credentials on the provider's portal.

If you have created a payment agreement with PayPal by checking the "Remember PayPal details" box and wish to cancel this agreement, you can do so by accessing your account through PayPal.

RETURNS:

Once the purchase is received, if you are not completely satisfied with it, please contact our customer service department within 14 days of receiving the product.

Bornisimo.com reserves the right to refuse returns once the time period has expired or if the products are not in the same condition as when they were sent to the customer.

Bornisimo.com is not responsible if items do not arrive at our warehouse. The customer is responsible for shipping the items they wish to return. Alternatively, if the customer prefers, Bornisimo can arrange a collection and send a label to the customer to affix to the return package. The collection/return service fee will be the same as the original shipping cost paid by the customer or the standard rate for the destination plus the applicable collection charge. (These costs will be communicated to the customer before the return is processed.)

Bornisimo.com does not accept returns sent without prior notification to our email address info@bornisimo.com and without having been accepted within 14 days. Returned products will be carefully inspected.

The product must be in perfect condition and with the corresponding internal labels.

Once the return has been received and validated, Bornisimo will proceed within the next 7 days to issue a refund to the same payment method used for the original purchase, after deducting any return shipping costs.

Returns – Defective Products

COUPONS

Coupon codes are received through our sponsorship system or the company's marketing department.
