At BORNISIMO we are committed to handcrafting with ecological materials. The straw with which the hats are created comes from a small town that borders the Pacific coast of Ecuador called Pile. There, the toquilla straw grows with which the spectacular fabrics of one of the finest hats in the world are made.

Behind the creation of each product there is a story and this case is no exception. They were given the name of panama hats because the first commercialization was made during the middle of the XNUMXth century in the Panama Canal (reason for the name).
