“Hope in the Life of Butterflies” is a representation of a butterfly; the wings (upper and lower) are made of earthenware, glazed and hand-painted. The butterfly is enhanced by a main body, legs, and antennae in natural or oxidized brass, hand-cast in sand molds. (The pieces are handmade and may present slight variations).
The box is made of micro-corrugated cardboard and wrapped in a paper band, which contains an illustration and a summary of the story “Hope in the Life of Butterflies.” A story about a taxidermist goose. Concluding that one cannot have weight in their hands to be able to look at the sky – hope.
