These days, we hear a lot about eco-friendly and vegan materials, but no single solution stands out as clearly better than the others. Therefore, it is important for us to explain our choices and our current thinking.
Since 2020, Cabaïa has banned the use of single-use plastic in its products, replacing it with kraft paper or starch in all packaging. The only plastic component that remains today is the small plastic piece used to attach the labels. Our teams are currently working to find a sustainable solution so that this can also be replaced as soon as possible.
This is one of Cabaïa’s strongest and most fundamental commitments: none of our products contain animal-derived materials, and all are EVE VEGAN certified (with the exception of some hats containing wool, which is either recycled or sourced from farms that do not practice mulesing and are certified as such).
