Artisan chocolate made in Spain
The secret to our chocolate is the same as your mother's croquettes: love. That's why we work with small artisan workshops in Spain. Starting with the finest raw materials, we craft our chocolate bars using production processes that reflect the legacy of generations past.
The production process begins with mixing the main ingredients: cocoa paste, cocoa butter, and sugar. Depending on the recipe, powdered milk, orange, salt, or almonds are added.
During the conching process, the mass is stirred to refine and aerate it, improving the chocolate's texture and flavor. Finally, the chocolate is poured into the tablet molds and tempered for perfect solidification and shine.
