To ensure the longevity of your insulated container, we recommend hand washing. Clean it regularly with warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly to prevent residue buildup. For a deeper clean, add a tablespoon of baking soda, let it sit for a few hours, then rinse well. Avoid using abrasive sponges that could damage the surface.
Not suitable for refrigerator or freezer.
Insulated containers are designed with a double-wall stainless steel structure that prevents temperature exchange with the outside. Placing it in the refrigerator will not cool your drink. Storing it in the freezer can damage the structure and reduce its insulation performance.
Tip for a cold drink: Fill your container with a pre-chilled beverage or add ice cubes for optimal cooling.
Not microwave safe.
Our insulated containers are made of stainless steel, a material that should never be placed in the microwave as it could damage the appliance and compromise the product. To warm your drink, pour it into a microwave-safe container first, then transfer it to your insulated container.
