From day one, the Gaston Luga brand has strived for a better planet. To achieve this, processes have been continuously refined and future-oriented. To ensure that all products are ethically manufactured, our factory is certified and inspected by the Amfori BSCI platform. We take great care to ensure that all materials used and transportation methods have the lowest possible climate impact. To this end, we use vegan leather alternatives in all products, and the packaging is made with FSC-certified paper. Printed with soy ink.
A carbon-neutral organization since 2019, our partnership with Carbon Footprint Ltd offsets our CO2 emissions through donations to the Escarpment Environment Conservation Network (ESCONET). Our support helps fund a project to restore local forests in the Great Rift Valley, Kenya. Since the launch of the first limited-edition bag, an enthusiastic community of collectors has emerged. They remain our greatest motivation to keep our creativity alive while developing our next-generation pieces.
